Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of information associated with your use of FROU, froufits.com, or the FROU Instagram messaging experience at @frou.fits.

How to Request Deletion

1. Email team@froufits.com.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. If you joined the notify list, include the email address you submitted.
4. If you messaged FROU on Instagram, include your Instagram handle and approximate interaction date.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify records we can reasonably associate with you, such as notify list entries and operational Instagram DM token usage records.

Timing

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained longer if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.
